Online Reservation:

Each  rate is calculated per room and per night, not per person. All room rates are including 7% Government tax and 10% Service charge.

1. We recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible, especially if you intend visiting us during the High Season you should send us your reservation not less than 3 months prior, for Peak Season bookings.

2. When Greenfield Valley Fishing & Cottage Resort receives your reservation, we check the room availability for your requested period and room type reconfirm your reservation by e-mail within 24 hrs.

Deposit:

Please kindly understand, that we have to request a deposit to guarantee your reservation.

1. For all reservations 1 - 5 Night's, your deposit must be equal to our day trip rate of 5500BHT.

2. For all reservations more than 5 Night's, your deposit must be at least 30% of your total invoice amount.

3. All deposits should be made within 10 business days after our written confirmation of your booking.

4. Balances can be paid in cash upon CHECK-IN or if you wish to pay by credit card or cheque, no less than 6 weeks before your arrival, as per the instructions on your invoice.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Deposits for one night are non-refundable.

2. If Greenfield Valley Fishing and Cottage Resort receives your cancellation at least

- 7 days in Low Season
- 14 days in High Season
- 21 days in Peak Season

prior to your CHECK-IN date, your deposit can be refunded less your booked room rate for one night and less the remittance fee.

3. In case of a cancellation less than the above mentioned periods prior to your CHECK-IN date or early Check-Out, deposits cannot be refunded.

4. Especially in periods like Christmas and New Year, please note, that no refunds are available. This concerns all reservations between 23rd of December and 5th of January.

Greenfield Valley Fishing & Cottage Resort keeps your personal data confidential and uses your reservation entries just in reference to your reservation.

Payment:

We offer a number of convenient payment methods, including transfers, paypal/credit cards, and cash on arrival, please see your invoice for instructions on how to pay your deposit and final balance.
