Self-Catering

Overnight stays on Bungsamran can be very product for Giant Carp and sunset and sunrise are excellent for the Chao Praya Catfish! For the budget concious angler a self-catering deal may be the best way to go. Unlike many European fishing venues though, bivvying up on Bungsamran brings a whole knew dimension to the concept of a weeks carp fishing. For one we have the largest carp species in the world swimming around in our lake...when a buzzer goes off here, theres a good chance its going be a 40LB+ fish, and there are plenty of carp over the 100LB mark, and some well in excess of 200LB!

But as well as the fishing, you will find a massive improvement in terms of your comfort here on Bungsamran, due to our tropical nights and the fact that every swim comes with an open air Bungalow with a fan. Combine this with our facilities of shops, bars and restuarants, showers, and toilets, and the fact we are less than a £2 cab ride from Bangkok's bright lights, and you have the makings of a truly memorable fishing holiday.
