Having been to Thailand more times than I would like to admit.I can honestly say that service Julian provided for me was beyond all expectations. The fishing its self was superb the accomodation (lakeside) although a little more expensive than I would like to have paid, was clean tidy and serenely quiet. The food delivered from the local hostileries was excellent and the beer shiveringly cold. Having fished most of the lakes around Pattaya I was so impressed with the variety and weight of the fish available to catch.After the first day wished I had done some serious arm and back work at the local gym prior to coming. I will certainly be returning and making use of Julians services who was the perfect host. If anyone is contemplating using him and his team dont think twice. The accomodation he has available if you dont want to stay on the lake can only be classed as something out of a movie set - believe me, you will be impressed. Pete

If I hadn't witnessed it with my own eyes I'd never of believed just how good the fishing at Bungsamran can be. Our day started of slow, but soon after midday the takes started coming from catfish that where typically around 20kg. After a 4 or 5 hour stint of fighting these fish it was clear who was losing! I had two days fishing with Siam Fishing Tours, in a six month period. The first time I caught around 30 fish between 18kg & 30kg. The next time Jules suggested a more sedate day, so instead we landed a monster 27kg Giant Siamese Carp, a numner of Chao Praya Catfish around 15kg to 20kg, and at least 15 or so smaller striped catfish. Dear Jules, I just wanted to write a brief note to thank you for helping me break 3 personal bests in one day! I have been a regular visitor to Bungsamran, and I am in fact a member, but it wasn't until I spent a days fishing with Siam Fishing Tours that I got the result I was looking for. I never realised that there could be so much more to getting takes from the carp and the bigger Mekongs. I'd fished for them at least 7 or 8 times with no success, but once I spent a day with Jules & Boy that changed in an instant. My first 50kg plus Mekong, My first 20kg Siamese Carp, and my first decent Pacu. All in one day. Thanks for showing me how! If I need guidance in the future I know where to come. Jamie McGuire
